Important information on cold room/freezer room deliveries

The product is delivered flat pack on a pallet.
Standard deliveries will require a forklift to unload in a safe manner.
Standard deliveries on a tail lift vehicle will require a pump truck if the frame walls can be lowered in a safe manner.
In the instance that neither a forklift or pallet truck is available please call for a specialised transportation quote.
The delivery driver/vehicle will have a maximum of 10-15 minutes to wait until the recipient(s) remove the product before the vehicle departs in the allotted time.
Please note that any damages to the product or premises by the delivery staff while on or in the customer premises are the responsibility of the customer.
Double manned deliveries are available upon request. Additional costs apply & can be advised on request of the double manned service. The service includes product manoeuvred in to the premises for the customer to unpack within a timely manner and product packaging removed.
