Premium commercial blast chiller / shock freezer. By reducing food temperatures much faster than standard refrigeration, a professional blast chiller ensures your dishes retain their taste, texture and nutritional value when cooled. Additionally a blast fridge helps you adhere to restaurant and catering food hygiene regulations.

• Constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel, exterior with scotch-brite finish
• Cavity with rounded corners, in AISI 304 polished finish
• Insulation in high density polyurethane foam (approx. 42 kg / m3) 60mm thick, HCFC free
• Shaped internal bottom for containment, with central drain for washing and defrosting water
• Reversible door with special kit
• Evaporator with anticorrosive treatment in cataphoresis
• High thermal output condenser
• Ergonomic handle and magnetic gaskets on the 4 sides of the door
• Heating element to keep the door gasket soft
• Door lock at 110 ° for inserting trays
